Two rare openings for 501(c)(3) organizations at Cornerstone Center — a full 11,267 SF floor with a private outdoor patio, and a 1,115 SF first-floor suite. Available October 2026, together or separately.
Room to Grow on Wells Street!
Cornerstone Center is a nonprofit-owned office building at 1111 N. Wells Street, home to a community of organizations serving Chicago — childcare providers, counseling centers, senior advocates, ministries, and more. The building pays no property taxes, and because we lease exclusively to 501(c)(3) nonprofits, we're able to pass those savings along as some of the best rates in one of the city's most desirable neighborhoods. This fall, two exceptional spaces have opened up!
An Entire Floor for Your Organization
The second floor has served as a licensed early-childhood learning center and is fully built out for that purpose: a secure entry space, child-scaled classrooms and furnishings, and direct access to a 2,784 SF outdoor patio made for play, gardens, and gathering. For a nonprofit childcare provider, preschool, or school, this is a turnkey opportunity in a neighborhood full of young families.
It doesn't have to stay a classroom, though. At more than 11,000 square feet — an entire floor of the building — the space can be reimagined as a headquarters, program center, clinic, or training facility for a growing nonprofit. Buildout options are available, and we're glad to talk through what your vision would require.
